Singing teacher
Elodie Lauton is a renowned vocal pedagogue specializing in contemporary music. With a Master’s degree in jazz singing from the Basel University of Music and a degree in musicology from Strasbourg University, she combines academic expertise with a passion for music and teaching. Over the years, Elodie has shared her expertise with a number of institutions, including the Regional Music School of Liestal and the Glee Club of Basel, where she is committed to developing each student’s vocal potential through a tailor-made approach.
Committed to making vocal training accessible to all, Elodie has designed three teaching methods targeting different audiences: teenagers, adults, and vocal trainers and professionals. These publications testify to her desire to offer quality teaching, adapted to the specific needs of each learner.
In 2019, Elodie and Felix Graf founded UniSing, an online singing school specializing in contemporary music. This revolutionary platform is the fruit of their ambition in providing quality vocal teaching, accessible to all, whatever the singer’s level.
At UniSing, Elodie has developed unique teaching content, including video and MP3 support, as well as immersive tools for an enriching learning experience. Together with Felix, she has also developed a series of exclusive exercises designed specifically for the interpretation of specific songs, covering a wide range of artists from Cabrel to Abba, Ed Sheeran, Mika, Céline Dion and many others. These resources, specifically developed for today’s music, enable students to work in a targeted and effective way.
